Order all your Girlguiding essentials in Nottinghamshire

Anyone wishing to make a purchase will need to email the shop with their order and they will be contacted to arrange collection or postage.

To place an order, complete a shop order form Shop order form  (pdf format) Shop order form  (word format) and email it to the shop.

The shop is able to order all the items that can be found in the official Girlguiding Shop and anything not in stock can be ordered.

You can contact the shop by emailing email or you can contact us by mobile:  07749 661 056 - either text or leave us a message but orders must be on an order form.

If you are unhappy with the goods you have ordered, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving them, provided you have told us within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods.  You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Damaged goods should be returned as soon as possible and no longer than 6 months after purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt from Girlguiding Nottinghamshire County Shop. We do not accept returns for items purchased elsewhere.

The shop will be open every Saturday during term time from 11am to 1pm.

The last Saturday opening will be 18 July.  Orders can still be sent in for processing over the summer holidays.

Get a 10% discount for adults who are members of Girlguiding Nottinghamshire.

A 10% discount will be given to transactions over £30.00 with the exception of some awards and other specialty items.

This offer is only applicable to pre ordered purchases and is not available in the shop.

Currently discount is not applicable on adult awards, sale items and postage costs.

 

All of the profits made from the Girlguiding Nottinghamshire shop go directly to benefit county members.
