Are you a Leader in Training or a Young Leader on the Leader Development Programme (16-18 years)? Maybe you have just started or maybe you have been on the programme for some time. Either way this day is for you. You are all welcome and we are here to support you.
The day is designed to assist our Leaders in Training to progress on their programme and provide an additional level of valuable support.
The day will comprise of a number of sessions:
- Celebrating Every Member
- Effective Communication
These will directly count towards the programme replacing the mandatory webinars. Alongside will be:
- Taking girls out & about
- Unit meeting ideas throughout the year helping you with the girls programme
- Effective unit meetings
These will provide an additional level of leadership support.
There will be an opportunity for you to attend 3 out of the 5 sessions.
There will also be an opportunity to meet county team members for advice and support.
The day will encourage networking with other leaders in training so you can support each other.
This event is open to Nottinghamshire county members only.
