This course is suitable if: –
- You are an assistant leader who has done modules 1-3 of the LQ and who would now like to move into a leader role. You will also need to complete the top up course on the learning platform, under the leader development programme.
- You are a leader in training this session is also great for you as it is part of your LDP.
This course will encourage you to think about the bigger impact of communication whilst exploring which style of communication is the best tool or media for communicating in your circumstances.
By the end of this session participants will:
- Be able to think about the bigger picture when it comes to communication – including the effects of body language, tone of voice and active listening.
- Determine which style of communication would be most appropriate for different audiences and circumstances.
- Identify the best tool/media for communicating their circumstances.
